Dr. Jess Pearson-Allen

Clinical Psychologist, Ph.D., LP, BCBA

I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals who are neurodiverse. I provide neuropsychological assessment and psychotherapy services to people across the lifespan including EMDR, neurofeedback, child-centered play therapy, child-parent relationship training, activity therapy for adolescents, and attachment-based psychotherapy for adults.

I have extensive experience working with survivors of trauma and enjoy supporting people as they heal from past wounds that have kept them stuck. Having grown up as a military brat, I have a soft spot for military families, veterans, and first responders, and have experience working with these unique populations.

I predominantly work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and post-traumatic stress. Many of us encountered attachment wounds growing up that continue to shape the way we see ourselves and the world around us. I collaborate with clients in identifying and addressing the beliefs that interfere with their ability to be the best, most integrated version of themselves.

I utilize an integrative biopsychosocial approach that considers each client as a whole person. You are so much more than a collection of symptoms! In your first session we’ll begin exploring your unique history and what your goals for growth are. We will work together to make sure you feel comfortable managing your everyday and then we’ll get to work cutting the ties that keep you weighed down!

As an evaluator, I work to ensure you feel comfortable during your assessment and leave feeling good about the experience. As a therapist, I am devoted to building a relationship based on trust and autonomy as I support you and/or your loved ones in your unique growth journey. It would be an honor and privilege to come alongside you on your path to healing.
